Yes. We set up agent accounts with access to every property you manage. Each property keeps its own certificate and register, and the portfolio view rolls them up into one compliance summary.
How do shareable audit links work?
From the portfolio page, generate a link for any property. Anyone with the link sees a read-only compliance summary — appliance register, pass/fail status, and certificate dates. Revoke the link instantly if access should end.
Do you test HMOs and standard rentals on the same route?
Yes — we routinely mix property types on one route visit. HMOs often have more appliances and stricter licensing conditions, but the per-property certificate and dashboard record work the same way.
What does portfolio pricing look like?
Pricing is by appliance count per property, with route discounts when we visit multiple doors in one trip. A typical rental is £89 fixed (up to 30 appliances). Multi-property routes bring the per-door cost down — quote us your book and we'll price the whole route.
