Pricing questions
How is PAT testing priced?
We price by appliance count, not by postcode or time on site: £89 fixed for up to 30 appliances, £169 fixed for 30–100, from £249 for 100–250, and custom quotes above that. There is no call-out fee and no travel surcharge anywhere in Devon or Cornwall.
Are there any hidden extras?
No. The price includes testing and labelling every appliance, the digital certificate, the itemised register in your online dashboard, and automatic retest reminders. Failed items are documented at no extra cost.
What counts as one appliance?
Anything with a plug: kettles, computers, monitors, extension leads, power tools, white goods. Extension leads count individually because each one is tested individually. If you're unsure of your count, a room-by-room walk noting plugged-in items gets you close enough for an accurate quote.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. Multiple properties booked onto one route share the travel, which brings the per-property price down. This suits landlords, letting agents, and holiday-let managers — each property still gets its own certificate and dashboard record.
When and how do I pay?
We invoice after the work is done and your certificates are delivered. Bank transfer, card, and cash are all accepted.
