Services

Test Harbour provides on-site portable appliance testing, certification, compliance reporting, and access to an online client dashboard. Services are subject to availability across Devon, Cornwall, and the South West.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and/or issue written confirmation. You agree to provide safe access to appliances and accurate site information.

Pricing and payment

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Payment terms will be agreed per job or care plan. Late payment may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

Compliance dashboard

Dashboard access is provided to authorised users at client organisations. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Demo data is illustrative only and does not constitute a compliance record.

Limitation of liability

We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a visit. We may charge for missed appointments where access was not provided as agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
