What we collect
- Contact details — name, email, phone, company when you request a quote or use our contact form
- Booking information — site address, preferred dates, appliance counts
- Compliance data — appliance registers, test results, certificates, and dashboard activity for clients
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics
How we use your data
- To provide PAT testing services and compliance documentation
- To operate the client dashboard, retest reminders, and audit packs
- To respond to enquiries and send service-related emails
- To meet legal and insurance obligations
Lawful basis
We process data under contract (providing services you request), legitimate interests (operating our compliance platform), and consent where required (e.g. marketing emails).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share information with insurers or auditors when you explicitly request dispatch of compliance documents. We use subprocessors for hosting (Vercel), email (Resend), and database services (PocketBase) under appropriate agreements.
Retention
Test records and certificates are retained for the period required by HSE guidance and your insurance requirements, typically a minimum of 5 years unless you request otherwise.
