Compliance Testing That Fits Around Your Day
From Plymouth business parks to Exeter professional practices — we test every appliance your team relies on, certificate the visit, and keep a live register your insurer and auditor can pull up in seconds.
Why offices choose Test Harbour
More than ticking a box — a compliance record that stands up when your insurer, ISO auditor, or H&S review asks for proof.
Minimal disruption to your team
We work floor-by-floor around your day — desks, kitchens, and meeting rooms tested without shutting the office down.
Audit-ready certificates
ISO, insurance, and health & safety audits expect evidence of appliance maintenance. Download your certificate and full register any time.
Itemised appliance register
Every monitor lead, kettle, and printer logged with pass/fail status — not just a sticker on the plug.
Automatic retest reminders
Annual testing lapses are the most common compliance gap. We email you before certificates expire.
Multi-site dashboard
One login for every branch, business park unit, or satellite office — compliance status at a glance.
Out-of-hours visits available
Early starts and evening slots for offices that cannot spare staff during the working day.
Office pricing that scales
Small offices from £89 fixed — typical open-plan sites have 20–30 appliances. Larger offices and multi-floor sites are quoted before we visit so there are no surprises.

Common questions
Do offices legally need PAT testing?
If you provide electrical equipment to employees — kettles, monitors, chargers, kitchen appliances — you have a duty under the Electricity at Work Regulations to maintain it safely. PAT testing is the standard way UK businesses evidence that duty. It is not a named legal requirement, but insurers and auditors routinely expect it.
How often should office appliances be tested?
Most low-risk office environments are tested annually. The IET Code of Practice recommends intervals based on environment and equipment type — we advise a schedule at your first visit and remind you automatically before it lapses.
Do you test employee-owned equipment?
We test appliances your business provides or allows on site. Bring-your-own-device laptops and phone chargers are usually excluded unless your policy treats them as company equipment — we can discuss scope before the visit.
Can you test multiple offices in one trip?
Yes — we route business parks and multi-branch clients across Devon and Cornwall into one visit, which keeps the per-site cost down for growing teams.
