The challenge

A Cornwall letting agency managed a growing cluster of furnished holiday lets across Padstow, Newquay, and nearby villages. Each property had its own PAT certificate in email threads, renewal dates lived in a spreadsheet, and landlords asked for compliance proof at short notice before peak season.
